Lisa has served as the in-house owner's representative for more than 55 construction projects totaling more than $300 million in non-profit construction over the past ten years -- ranging from $20,000 projects to reconfigure interior space to $35 million ground-up construction projects.  She believes deeply in collaborative project management, shared accountability, and clear communication with all levels of the organization and all partners.  These philosophies have yielded a remarkable track record of on-time and on-budget successes despite unforeseen issues that are a natural factor in construction.
